[1] Be respectful to all players including staff do not be annoying on 
purpose this includes racism, sexism, and backchat.

[2] Do not spam. This includes repeated letters or words and 
excessive caps (4 words or 15 characters).

[3] Do not build within 100 blocks of another player unless given
consent by the owner.

[4] Please keep the world clean. Remove any temporary huts
and 1x1 pillars after use and if abandoning please remove build
or leave an abandoned sign so it can be removed by staff.

[5] Do not ask for ranks or for items to be spawned. 

[6] Do not grief. If you did not build it don't break it this includes
crops and animals.

[7] Do not kill other players outside of pvp areas.

[8] Do not advertise other servers or post Ip's in global chat.

[9] Use of X ray or similar hacks  is forbidden and will result
in a permanent ban .

(10) Do not exploit game glitches. Report any that you find to 
a member of staff.

(11) Do not impersonate a member of staff if caught doing so you may banned.

(12) Go and join the fun.
